Aren't they autoclaving Brit tourists at Customs these days, to ensure they've not brought in any barnyard nasties?
I wish they'd be so bloody careful about diseases that CAN kill people! Personally, a bit of ravaging hoof 'n mouth is just what eastern North Carolina, for one, needs to rid itself of the obscene mega pig factories that are littering the landscape and befouling the air and water.
