Well, I don't speak French, so I would like to know how to pronounce it in English, if at all possible.

It is pronounced the same in both English and French because it is a French name. If you want to say it incorrectly, but an "English way" you can cut out a bit of the accent and pronounce it Zeff-er-een. I prefer it the French way, Zay-fair-een.
