I hope somebody can help me with the origan and meaning of the name MARNUS (male). I can't find the name in here or on any other site, although the web indicates numerous links with that name.

I got suspicious as I was typing my previous comment, and phoned my pal Marnus for confirmation. Oops! If the dear old chap isn't Hermanus Marinus, and the Marnus is in his case a kind of merger of the two.
In general, Jordan's probably a whole lot righter than me! That'll teach me to generalise from insufficient grounds. (Of course, it won't really ... not on past form ...)
