Norwegian boy names, pronounciation

Does anyone know the pronounciation (in American English grammatical spelling) of the 2 following scandanavian names?

These are boy names, some info I show says Kalle may be Finnish. I know the origins, but would like the pronounciation! Thanks in advance.

The Swedish and Norwegian way of pronouncing it is not too different from that... Difficult to explain!

KJETIL = CHET-til
KALLE = KAL-luh

In Sweden, Kalle is mostly used as a nn for Karl. I think the Finnish equivalence is Kalevi.
