The publisher only sold this as a "bargain book" originally and it was never available very many places. At least it is available again for a short while at Hamilton, though unfortunately I do not think Hamilton will ship outside of the United States.

There's about a 99% probability, though, that I will be writing a newspaper column on names for the Omaha World Herald starting in January. I will keep you all posted.
