I have been searching in vain for a couple of years now to find out the meaning of my dear grandmother's middle name, Moheba. She is Choctaw Indian, born on the reservation in Oklahoma. Our family had always assumed the name to be of Choctaw origin, but this now seems inaccurate as no one still involved with the reservation, including the language education department, can provide a meaning for the name.

If anyone knows the meaning of the name Moheba and would enlighten me, or if anyone can point me in the right direction to find the meaning, I would be most grateful.
