Mikara Kundala is a Hindu fish motif (I think) and if you search for Otania with Google, you get a lot of french sites (but seeing as I don't speak french I have no idea what they were about!)
As for Tacnella Krashandri and Wia, they may be real names or they may be made up, I have no idea.
