This isn't a serious answer (or at least I hope no one intended this meaning), but the first thing I thought was 'little meat'. Carnivorlita would be funnier (in a macabre way), 'little meat-eater'.

It might be a form of Carnelita, which would be a pet form of Carnela. Carnela is a Hebrew name meaning "garden" or "vineyard".
