I know it's Irish but how do you say it?

That's a hard one to explain. It's something between TAHL-tyeh and TAHL-cheh.

Okay, thanks. I have seen TAL tee listed in many places so TAHL tyeh is quite different. Would that be more of an anglicized pronunciation? If you know, is Taillte still used today? Is there an anglicized spelling?

TAL-tee would be a more anglicized pronunciation than TAL-tyeh. Taillte is another form of the name Tailtiú (pronounce tal-tyoo). Taillte/Tailtiú was a goddess from Irish mythology.Taillte/Tailtiú are very rare today, I have never seen either in use at all, just in mythology.
