Rocco is quite well used in South Africa among Afrikaans-speakers, and though they have a great propensity for using fem forms of male names, sometimes rather contrived, I have never seen or heard of a fem version of Rocco.

What puzzles me
is that it seems like it would be so easy to feminize, and that there hardly seems to be a name of that description that hasn't been!
Thank you for your insight into a population where it is well used. I've never actually met a Rocco and its popularity here is apparently low (in the US), so I don't have any 'real life' observations to go by.
