Well, if you were to call it a variant of Zora, I'm sure it would be. If you're going to name a kid this, well, these days you can get away with calling your kids almost anything you like.

By the way, I'm not sure of the definition of legitimate name, so don't think what I say is necessarily the exact truth. Though, I suppose the definition of a legitimate name is that more than a certain number of real, living people have it.
