When you say "Indian", do you mean Native American or East Indian? Where did you find these names?

Jungle 2 Jungle is an American remake of a French film called Un indien dans la ville. The names are taken from the French film. The story is a comedy and the names are those of Amazonian natives; in the movie one of the jokes is that Mimi-Siku is said to mean "cat urine." It is highly unlikely that these are real names from any Amazonian tribal language, but instead they are undoubtedly the complete invention of the screenwriters of the French movie.
