Yeah, it's Hollywood, but it's also culturally tied to America alone.
MALACHI is traditionally used by the Irish as an Anglicization of a few Gaelic names and I understand DAMIEN is an increasingly common name there. SEBASTIAN has always been used by the French and probably got a boost from the Little Mermaid cartoon.
