Have no idea what it might mean as a name but i have seen it listed as an old scottish word for table linen :0

I tried looking for the name and I could not find its meaning or origin! But, I did find some names that were close to it:

NAPIER- linen keeper (m)

NIBORI- rising to eminence (m)
