Kluke is not a possible Japanese word or name. The Japanese language does not include the sound /l/ or two-consonant sequences like /kl/. The closest one can get in Japanese would be Kuruke or Kuruku, which are also not words or names as far as I know, but it's possible that Kuruke (or something similar) might have been translated into English as Kluke. Or, Kluke might just be the invention of the game's designer. As the previous poster said, if kanji are available that would help explain it.
