This is a name, "Ammiruhamah" that was given to by my tenth great grandmother to her last son. She had been sentenced to death as a witch during the Salem witch trials but since she was with child they would not hang her until the child was born. However the frienze died out before her child was born and her life was saved. I know that his name is some sort of thanks to God but that is all.
Can any one help me with the whole meaning? I have also seen the name "Ammi" and I am wondering if this is a nickname for this name.
