Your name is possibly french JOANnice from the patron saint of France, saint JOAN of Arc. NICEA sound french to my ears, try to find a French-English dictionary and search on the word NICEA you maybe find out what it means. Along these lines the second part could reference the city of Nicaea in Turkey from whence the Nicene Creed was composed.
Nicaea is also the Latin name for the French city modernly called Nice.
