In South Africa, Afrikaans people can use Elsabe as a form of Elizabeth; it's popular in certain families. Pronounced EL-sa-bee, and totally legitimate here.

This seems to be a German pet form of Elizabeth. It is listed as such at the following website about names in Hamburg, Germany from the 1400s:

Ilsabe is also listed as a form of Elisabeth in Knaurs Vornamen Buch by Margit Eberhard-Wabnitz & Horst Leisering.

If you look at Latvian language Wikipedia Elizabeth is always translated as Elizavete. Here is an example:
