I to have an ancestors (female)called Remillion and have pondered over the meaning, origins etc. She emigrated from England to Australia mid 1800? and have come across variation: Remellion.
More than likely French, but looks like it may be a surname.
Love to hear more from any body that can help. Certainly my daughter, Remillion,would love it
