I'm guessing it's a variation of Jocelyn, influenced by Jasmine.

I think this is the best interpretation; it's a blend of the sounds of Jasmine and Jocelyn. :)

Jasmine and Lynn is certainly more sensible than Jazz and Lynn, which is what this site suggests, as you would have noticed if you'd searched first.

I did but I didn't think that was correct. I was hoping for more information. Because it did seem more like Jamsine + Lynn. Because Jazz is just not a common name. So that didn't make sense to me. It also could be a variant of Jocelyn as well. I didn't think of that before until the other post.Thank you!
