I've been seeing a lot more names like that too. In my last bas there was Rose Susan Joyce, Pearl and Archibald.

People's attitudes to what's considered old fashioned are constantly changing and names come back into fashion. I would expect to see some Gertrudes again in the not so distant future. I wouldn't even be surprised if that article inspired a few.

Basically I'm a bit sceptical of the whole study too
