Dear Mike:
I work at a financial services company in Erie, PA, and throughout the year we like to mail letters and cards to our clients to let them know we are thinking of them. This time my boss has given me the assignment of sending our 72 top investment clients a creative write-up about the meanings of their first and/or last names. The project is due by month’s end.
Recently I found your website, and after a very long time searching I have found that it is the best one to help me complete my project. May I please use the information from your website in our mailings? We aren’t selling them, so there is no exchange of money involved. The project would be the equivalent of mailing cards to our clients. I’m a bit at my wit’s end. Please help!
Yesterday I emailed you an example of what I plan to send out. Please let me know if you have any questions about the project.
