Yahek and Heba
Hellow, friends. I would like to get some information about the name Yahek or Jahek. Here in spain it is known because one of the characters, a man, of a novel by Ana Maria Matute (Forgotten king Gudu) have this name. My question is: the name exist out of the novel? And if the answer is yes, which is its origin and meaning?Another question. The name Heba, I thing is a form of the arab "Hiba" that mean "gift". Is this name known in Croatia nad Bosnia?Thank you very much and greetings from Barcelona, Spain.

Yahek looks very like the Polish name Jacek, which you can click on. Is it possible that this novelist might have varied it slightly? A lot will depend on the kind of novel ... If you click on Jacek, and follow the links, you'll go right back to Hyacinth!Greetings from Pretoria, South Africa
