Without further context it's hard to be sure, but if you are asking about the boys' name which is presently popular in the USA, it is most probably simply a respelling of Jalen, the name of Jalen Rose the basketball player. His mother created his name by blending sounds from the names of his father, James, and his uncle, Len.
