Maybe you had a past life there,
or there is something symbolic about three pines...
like the painting the 'wayward pine' (I think that's what it's called)

One tree is very tall, and in the center, it represents Jesus, and one pine is leaning towards it, and the other way, representing the two theives being crucified with Jesus, how one turned to him for repentence and the other refused.
