I had an great aunt named this but found nothing on the meaning online in my searches.

I wanted to honor her in using something very much like this or this name but i hate not knowing what it means if i were to use it as it is. (Names we are considering include Edelia or Adelia.)

We are spanish and most of the names in our family are from mexico/spain in origin so my guess is that is the case with her name as well.
