According to the following website, http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/mari/AnnalsIndex/Feminine/Muirenn.shtml, MUIRENN is a very old, seldom used Irish name. Is the appropriate pronunciation MOY-ren?

Namenerds.com suggests it would be more or less MWIR in.Spellings are not 100%, but close enough.

that's the pronunciation I was told when I asked here before. And the anglicised form in Scotland is Murron rather than Moyren or anything like that.

The usual spelling I think is Muireann
