I've come across the Basque name Maiteder, which I can tell is Maite + Eder, but a few websites have also claimed means "darling" in Basque. I think a Basque dictionary also said that it's a synonym for "nymph", but I'm not sure because I saw it a long time ago. So here's my question: is it true that Maiteder can mean "darling" or "nymph" in Basque? TIA.
