This depends on which language you are thinking in.

The traditional English pronunciation is ee-LIE-iss (or often closer to uh-LIE-iss).

However, a lot of the boys being given this name in the US today are Hispanic, and the Spanish pronunciation, I believe, would be closer to eh-lee-iss, though I am not sure on which syllable the accent would fall.
