It's pronounced 'do-BREE-vo-yeh'.
For the meaning I've found this:
Dobrivoj (the more common form) is a male name. The meaning comes from Slavic 'dobr-' (meaning good) and Old Slavic 'vojb' (meaning soldier).
Other forms or nicknames are:
Dobrivoje, Bobi, Bobo, Boban, Boca, Bore, Boro, Boriša, Borko, Dobre, Dobri, Dobro, Dobren, Dobrenko, Dobreta, Dobrica, Dobrilo, Dobrinko, Dobriša, Doda, Dodo, Ðojo, Doka, Doko, Voja, Vojo, Vojan, Vojica, Vojiša, Vojko, Vojkan
