I have no statistics, and I am afraid there are none. But I have lived in this country for 50 years and never once have I come across that name. Alois, yes, though rare, too. There is no St. Aloisia, so no help from that side (unless a girl was named after St. Alois). Unfortunately my digital version of Seibicke's HDV starts with the letter F; this is where you can find examples for the use of the name.
In my imagination Aloisia is a woman between 60 and 90.
