I'm not sure that it has all the names you're looking for, but it has definitely has entries for Cera, Anysia, and Alvarez. Each of these entries has other names that the saint is known by, usually ones that you can find on BtN. (For example, for Cera, it lists Ciara and Ceara)

Error with Alvaro/Alvarez
"Alvarez of Cordova" is, in fact, "Alvaro of Cordova" (a blessed, not a saint, actually).

Then, the error is an error of reading which only appears in English sites (in English, Alvaro is not an usual name and Alvaro and its surname Alvarez can be easily mixed up).
Alvarez is only a surname, then saint Julio Álvarez Mendoza is saint Julio (Álvarez Mendoza), not saint Álvarez and not saint Mendoza.
Other saints surnames are used as first names (Oriol, Borja, Javier...), but not Álvarez, perhaps because it is a very usual surname, it has an end in -ez (typical of patronymes) and it is strongly related with a real name (Álvaro). Same with the Portuguese saint Bartolomeu (Bartholomew) Alvarez.
The link www.catholic-forum.com has a problem of coherence in its criteria of classification of saints. Some are classified by surname "Alvarez, Julio", "Silva, Beatrice da" or geographical origin "Sweden, Ingrid of", but others are classified by first name "Susanna Cobioje", "Syrus of Pavia".
The correct way to classify saints names is by first name. In cases of saints surnames (Javier) or titles (Chantal) very usual as first names, the entry sends to the main entry; Javier > Francisco Javier, Oriol > Josep Oriol, etc.
"Alvarez of Cordova" is, in fact, "Alvaro of Cordova" (a blessed, not a saint, actually).
