"Ko" means child (not iko, just ko), but in order to really get an exact meaning of the name you'd have to look at the kanji characters that make it up, as the same name phonetically may often be written using different kanji and therefore having a different meaning...

The 'ko' is definitely child, though. I'd have to check up on the 'rumi' to see if there is only one set meaning for it.
