I doubt combining an Anglicized pronounciation of Sanskrit Siddha, past participle of sadh/sidh, to go straight towards, to reach (the original pronounciation has the consonantal cluster -d-, like in English then, followed by -dh-, which is an aspirated version of the same) and the old English Lee is how Siddalee arose. It may have, but that needs substantiation.

The mentioned name also sounds like Siddhali an Indian name. It is also the name of a nun (Sadhvi Siddhali Shree) of Siddhayatan Spiritual Retreat Center - Hindu-Jain Tirth in North America.
