There is no other way but to pronounce it ah-LOI-see-uws in German. Some might try to pronounce it as ah-lo-EE-see-uws because of Alois (usually AH-lo-ees, though sometimes AH-lois as well), but the Y in the middle really can't be pronounced separately from the O and should make the OI sound.
