This is what the site says about it:
"Hit lists of the most popular given names…
… for every year from 1890 to 2009
Because there is no official German given name statistics, the team of beliebte-Vornamen.de determines regularly the most frequent baby names. For it more than 100,000 natal announcements from completely Germany were evaluated in 2008.

May I ask why? Is there a problem that i posted this list on behindthename.com?

Many people who regularly participate in the "facts" board on this site are serious about researching various aspects of names in a scientific or at least scholarly way. In your post, your quote from the beliebte-vornamen.de website stops exactly before this crucial sentence:
"The hit list of names is subject to copyright."
Unfortunately it seems that Mr. Bielefeld did not translate his copyright conditions to English, but basically they say no copy anywhere without his explicit permission.
Most often it is better anyway to just link to sources, IMHO, whether there are copyright restrictions or not.
