Behind the Name: Message: "Romansch/Swiss Names"

I know of a few, Ladina, Rheto, Corsin, Nevio, Flurina, but does anyone have a large list of Swiss/Romansch names with meanings? I know of a book out there that exists, but its hard to get outside of Switzerland. I could order it, I guess, but it would take months to get. If anyone has a definitive list, I'd be so happy!
