hi achsha! my name is Asha too, but spelt Asha. the same story was with my name too. when my mum was pregnant, she saw the name on tv and really liked it. so she called me that. later, my mum met an indian person and she told her the name was hindi for 'hope'. My birthday is August 30th and i'm 11 years old. what about you? it's good to know that someone else has the same name as me. i live in Newbury, West Berkshire. bye! from Asha Mariah Lucas Knight.
