How do you say Myrnin?
Someone adivsed me to use this board. Am currently reading Rachel Caine's Morganville Vampires series, and came across the name Myrnin. Now, this is really annoying me because I have no idea how you're meant to pronounce this, so in my head I've just been saying mur-nin, which is probably wrong, so I was wondering if anybody else knew how to pronounce the dratted name!!
Also, anyone know what it means or where it comes from?
Thanks.

I can't figure it out, it's bringing me down
I know i've got to let it go...
And just enjoy the show"

masculine form of Myrna?

It could be completely made up, but when I saw it my first thought was that it looks a bit like an anglicised/americanised spelling of the Gaelic term of enderment muirnín meaning darling/sweetheart? Doesn't seem very vampirish though.
