Message: "Rizel" - Behind the Name

I heard the name Rizel somewhere, believing it was a name of a star, only to search and find I was thinking of Rigel. Rizel is a girl, I don't know background, only age is is early 20s.
I was wondering,
a) If anyone else knows any Rizels'?
b) Is it likely just a different form of Rigel? or
c) Does Rizel have it's own possible meaning, and if so, what?

Could be an amputation of Grizel, in turn a version of Griselda.

I would assume that it's related to Raisel, Raizel, or Reizel. However, I'm not sure. I know a girl whose middle name is Raizel.
