The name as such does not exist in Romanian. It may be a sort of kre8tyve spelling of a weird pet form of Luisa or another L name.

thankyou. The woman that I heard seemed to have an East European accent - but I was just guessing that she might be Romanian. I don't think it would be a newly created name - but did think it may a diminutive of another name.
