While on BNA.com, I researched a growing favorite, Lilah, and this website said that it was Greek, and meant "lily". Prior to this, I thought it was a variation of Lila. Any thoughts?Thanks.

I always thought it was a takeoff of Delilah. I think it would be a nice nn for Liliana or some such name.

It can be both, and also a short form of Delilah. Lilah's just one of those semi-modern names that can have several meanings.
