The "ch" is pronounced like the spanish "j"

In the UK, I have only ever heard it twice, but both times it was pronounced like Michael.

it's mi-CHAL
"mi" as in minister
"cha" as Shani said. It's like the "cha" in "Chanuka" is (supposed to be) pronounced. Also Like the "ch" in "Loch Ness" or in "Bach".
