Manu is 'bird' but Kili is odd, never seen it in combo like that before. Kilika is 'silk' but I'm sure that's not the meaning. Kili to me looks like a back-formation of a foreign name - could be based on anything from 'Gil' to 'Kylie' to 'Tillie' to 'Chris'. You'd have to get some more info from the bearer to sort out what was actually intended there.
