Can names be used in published novels? |

I'm writing a book that I plan on publishing, my question is, can the names on this site be used in my novels or are they protected by copyright law? If I am able to use these names, I do plan on putting a credit page making sure Mike Campbell gets the credit for coming up with the names. Thank you for the response in advance.
