It is pronounced MeeCHAL with a CH sound like in Loch (Ness). At least in the Hebrew bible the stress is on the second syllable, I'm not sure about modern Hebrew here.

The above is certainly the correct pronunciation in Hebrew.However, the traditional pronunciation in English when the Old Testament is read aloud is usually just like "Michael."
