I've only ever heard Marilù used as a nickname for Maria Luisa or Maria Lucia, however a friend of mine is adamant it exists also as a full name and there's a saint by this name. A quick search on google would indicate she's wrong, and I'm not sure where she got the information, anyway I was curious if etymologically Marilù exists as a name in its own right.
