They are variants from Aiglina, feminine form of Aigle, from the Germanic Aigel/Eigel (from eigan, "to have").

It can als be from Greek Αιγλη (Aigle) which meant "light, radiance, glory". Aegle is the Latina form from Greek Aigle. The related name Egle can have two origins and meanings (Old Greeek and Lithuanian):

Allegra Means "cheerful, lively" in Italian. It is not a traditional Italian name. It was borne by a short-lived illegitimate daughter of Lord Byron.
Also Allegria in Spanish which means Happiness.
