the name of Issam means "security, pledge".but the pronunciation is AI-SAM.It's an Arabic name.
in each country write the name differently for example in Spain is Isaam , en france Issam , en UK it's Isam but in Arabic they have to Forms Aissam or Issam.
what do you think??can you give me other meanings of the name ??
