Found it!Found it!Bonna is an English female name meaning pretty, beautiful. Many of you said that it is probably from Bonnie but I think that Bonnie is actualy from Bonna! I like it!

Bonnie is from (a long way from ...) the French bon/bonne, meaning good. The 'goodlooking' meaning followed logically. However, Bonna has nothing to do with either of them. If you want to go back to the original Latin, which I doubt somehow, you will find bonus for the masculine form and bona - with one N - for the feminine. Bonna looks like some strange person's variation of Donna, and I hope it dies a swift and painless death.

That's totally wrong.Sorry.Bonnie is the original name, because its from the word "Bonnie" Bonna is most likely just an Italian form or another way.Etymologocally that cannot be the case, no matter what your wistful thinking isHaven

A variant of Bonnie, perhaps? I could be wrong...Miranda

No, you're right. I think it's the Italian form of Bonnie (English), Bonne (French), Buena (Spanish)...
Buena was my great grand mother's name. :-)
